The 'objects' (aims) of your organisation
must be set out in a few brief statements.

A 'guarantee' company is not allowed
to make a profit, so you must also include a 'Clause 9' statement
indicating what the company will do with earnings in excess of its
running costs. Each of our examples includes a 'Clause 9' statement
for your guidance.
