statement for a sports club.

NB Sports
clubs often own trading facilities, such as a bar or equipment shop.
Such facilities cannot be registered as not-for-profit. The solution
chosen by some is to register the trading facility as a "company
limited by shares" and the club itself as a "company limited
by guarantee".
This protects both parts of the organisation without damaging the not-for-profit
status of the club.
Don't forget to include a Clause 9
statement. Here is an example.
