An original incorporation certificate is provided in the company formation pack we supply when your new company is formed.

If, for whatever reason, you require a legally endorsed copy, signed by Companies House, this can be supplied at any time. It carries the same information as the original certificate, but will be formally signed by an Officer of Companies House.

Certified copies may also be supplied of your company’s Memorandum or Articles of Association. Note, however, that these are regarded as two separate documents and will be charged for separately.

Unsigned copies of these documents can be purchased from Duport Associates without the extra cost of certification, if required.
