Every
company is obliged to maintain a Register of Officers, Members and Minutes.
The law is not totally specific about the format of the Register but
it must contain all the legally required information in a manner that
can be inspected by appropriate authorities.
Duport's Company Statutory Register Book has sections for each type
of information you must record. The book also includes comprehensive
example pages to show you how to make your entries.
Duport's
Statutory Register Book also includes four additional Share Certificates, which
may be useful in the future.
The
Statutory Company Register would normally be held at the official Registered Office
of your company. If it is held at another address, you should notify
Companies House, using form 353 or 353a.
