Share Certificates are important for the individual shareholder rather than the company.

By owning a Share Certificate an individual shareholder is able to prove his or her ownership of share(s) in the company. It is normally the responsibility of the Company Secretary to issue Share Certificates.

Duport provides two Share Certificates in the standard formation pack. If further Certificates are needed for additional shareholders they may be supplied with the original formation pack or at some future date.
