Duport Associates Limited
offers a Trade Forwarding service for solicited non-official mail
of a commercial nature.
This enables clients to notify their customers of an address (virtual
office) within the UK where they can make written contact with
your company.
Messages will be forwarded to the address you give us (which may be updated
from time to time on instructions from you).
Requirements
To appoint Duport
Associates Limited as your virtual UK office you need to -
- Have the Registered Office for your
company at our address.
- Tell us your forwarding address.
- Tell us where we can contact you by
telephone, fax and/or email.
- Pay for your first year (see
Schedule of Charges).
Forwarding
Our Trade Forwarding fee
covers the cost of receiving and forwarding of messages via the normal
postal service at a level of activity covered in advance by our agreement.
Items may be forwarded by express courier service where this has been
agreed in advance. We do not accept parcels without prior notice and
payment; unexpected parcel deliveries will be refused and returned
to source.
Responsibility
Duport Associates Limited discharges
its responsibility when documents are handed over to the public mail
service, addressed to the last postal address provided to us.
Contact Information
Users of our
Trade Forwarding service must keep us informed
of any change to their forwarding address and
telephone, fax or email contact points. If clients'
mail is returned undelivered we will suspend
the forwarding service until correct up-to-date
address information is provided to us.
Renewal
A renewal invoice is issued each
year several weeks prior to the renewal date. If payment is not received
this service will cease at the expiry date.
Service Level
Our annual fee is based on an
average level of messages agreed with you in advance. Actual volume
will be monitored and the contract will be reviewed on a quarterly
basis. We reserve the right to make an additional charge if the level
of activity is significantly greater than predicted.
Fee
Trade Forwarding fees are payable
annually in advance.

This service is provided from
our company premises and we reserve the right to change the address.
